It was incredible, it really was. When the full band came together for the first time and played the fool I was completely overwhelmed. They had so much energy for a bunch of late 30somethings. They played pretty much everything you would want them to, minus my dream girl don't exist. Seriously it was the best show I've been to, and I've been to a bunch of great shows. I wasn't expecting it to be, either.
The atmosphere was a big part of it. The crowd sang along to every song (I think everyone knew the in the aeroplane songs) and it was amazing to be there. We all locked arms when jeff played two headed boy part 2 and swayed from side to side and it was twee as fuck but so I'm twee as fuck so I loved it.
Seriously get hyped man I'm so glad you get to see them. I went home and immediately bought tickets to see them again in february.

I was literally giddy for entire time, and I'm not someone who is ever giddy. I just had this huge grin on my face for like an hour after the show was over. I'm so glad I was able to go.

almost everything you'd want to hear. Everything except Communist Daughter off ITAOTS, about half of On Avery Island, and a handful of stuff off Ferris Wheel and Everything is.
Also, Elf Power opened and did a cover of Jumping Fences in honor of Bill.
