Yeah Present Tense is a GOAT Radiohead song too

"the fact that there are so many disagreements over how to make this album flow better just goes to show that this album doesnt flow at all which is a sin for a band as cohesive as radiohead. "
bam bitch

true love waits and present tense are both middle of the road as fuck radiohead songs. nothing more. possibly less.

Present Tense is kinda forgettable only because The Numbers is before it.

Tbh theres some really forgettable parts and some amazing parts on here
|

"Daydreaming would be way too passive as an opener... that would be like if Kid A started with the title track."
literally no one thinks daydreaming would be a good opener. it doesnt belong anywhere other than the end third of the album.
also lmao at calling tkol front loaded and giving this a 5. the last 4 songs of this album are so one note homogenous they literally obscure each other into one long forgettable song. this is the most front loaded album of the bands career. and burn the witch being in it doesnt detract from that because even tho its fucking shit its at least fast paced. the first half of the album bounces around like a spastic colon and then it settles for the last 4 songs as this super random mess of monotonousness
