Djent has many horrible bands but so has every genre... I think the sound is cool when utilized well, and bands with the riff-based djent like Periphery have some great highs

Some combination of Jordan Fish, Poppy, Stephen Harrison (formerly of The Chariot) on most of the tracks. Julian Gargiulo (album engineer) on a few, and Isaac Hale (Knocked Loose) along with everyone else collaborated on Dying to Forget.
