Yeah honestly by 2025 there's enough limp wristed music muddying up the airwaves, formulaic shit regurgitating the same lyrical themes (basically the same lyrics) too afraid to truly experiment and risk rustling any feathers or alienating potential fans (and $$) or just straight boring unoriginal slop by uninventive people whose heads are inflated by all the smoke that's been blow up their ass... the world doesn't need any more of it or at least I don't
Experimentation doesn't always pay off but I always respect it, and transgressive themes and lyrics can come across as lame performative shock value, but I'll still take that any day over spineless shit which plays it safe that I've heard enough for one lifetime
