Vultures 2 is an improvement on Vultures 1.
There are a lot more serviceable tracks. The highs just aren't as high on V1.

Would rather get AIDS than jam either one tbh.

2 is so much more listenable than 1. Agree that the highs arent as high, but really 1 just had Carnival and Burn

He already gets away with a shocking amount for someone who hasn't made a really great album in a decade.

Speaking of controversial musicians, it's rather interesting that despite all of Kanye's recent (now measured in years) behaviour, he continues to be played at public events such as football games, etc. I'm not even talking about commercials at Super Bowl or something – at least college football games have blasted his music as if nothing ever happened.

He’s also featured in jeopardy questions frequently

I think it’s kinda widely understood that he’s not mentally well, I think that shapes how people view even his super wild moments. Not so say he should be excused for anything because of it, but I think it does mean his actions aren’t viewed simply as someone being “evil”, but as the uninhibited excesses of an eccentric losing the plot.
