used to think the wildfire chorus was dogshit but one day it just clicked lmao. kind of incredible they get such a catchy hook out of something so off kilter.
i don't remember if they ever flat out said it but think this album almost definitely began as a jugg sequel that was a little too far along when they decided to change course
three years on i think the references to old songs on here don't really age super well (the nobou outro especially jumps out). they give the album a sense of finality that comes off weird knowing they just dropped a new album lol
