I actually have only played the third game emim. I do like CE overall but I'd be lying if I said I didn't get lost a few times every level that involves being in a ship. I'm trying to figure out how to blow up the ship from the first mission atm.

On the mission The Maw? You have to find the multi-level Ed room with the exhaust vents that slide open and toss frag grenades into those. It should be marked on the HUD iirc

Yeah it's the maw, I did figure out the exhaust part. The trouble is dealing with the flood and the laser bots at the same time. They won't stay dead!
I also found out they loaded this area with health packs. I discovered its actually easier to find stuff in the retro mode. I appreciate the graphics enhancement but the bloom on everything is a bit much. Kinda defeats the point of the flashlight too.
I'm on the escape part now. My God the warthog in CE is the worst vehicle ive driven in gaming. I got the achievement for not flipping it, 1.64% of players have it lol.
