Pretty solid, and I can definitely see why people are saying this is the best since CtS. 90 minutes though, definitely a longboy

This album has some serious hooks and great heavier moments that bring you back to the much loved Remission era. A grower!

Yeah it's going to take a few listens to properly digest. Looking forward to getting my vinyl some year.

I guess I'm one of the almost non-existent few that is considering lowering my score after the last 4 or 5 listens.

Yeah, scratch that, I didn't see it on Amazon but it's listed separately to the other formats.

I enjoyed this, after the second listen im almost on my way the give this a 4. Some songs are really the best I've heard from them in years.

Gobblers of Dregs is slowly becoming my fav on here. Troy sounds so much better on this album than he did on Emperor.

Man "Had it All" might overtake "Crack the Skye" as their most emotional tune. That one hits so hard.

As it should. Even seasoned Mastodon listeners are calling this top 3 / their best since CtS, so that's gotta mean something.

Hell yea ford m/

This is easily their best since CtS. Pretty sure I've reiterated that a hundred times but it just needed to be said again lol. EoS was great but had shitty production, OMATS had The Motherload, Ember City, and a bunch of middle of the (high) road tracks, and Hunter was just a hard meh for me especially following CtS.

Agreed

This is a definitive step and a half up from eos, which was still fine
