musically, oxytocin is undeniable

Oxytocin seems to have Sputnik split harder than Red Sea
|
| |
Also Oxytocin really stood out here as a great track
|
| |
This album is way too long though

on paper it looks long, but i think it's so well-written, it doesn't drag at all.

Could you imagine if Goldwing was the opener

I’d be happy with that, if it was longer.

Oxytocin slaps

The music video for Lost Caused actually ruined the song a little for me. It felt so lame and forced watching the video. On it's own it's actually pretty decent.
Might check the rest out. The debut was ok enough.

Overall it sounds way better within the album as opposed to a standalone single, especially coming in right after 'GOLDWING'.

Still play this every now and then and a fair few songs pop up in my head daily
Really like the opener as simple and low key as it is

Billie did exactly what I wanted the new Lorde to do, but failed.

Just woke up from a dream [genre: unsettling] where Eilish abruptly died for undetermined reasons and I was walking through London reading obituaries, all of which were essentially reviews of this album that tackled it [I think because of my apparent subconscious associations with the artwork?] as a quasi-religious delirious mapping of God (Billie) and various Satans (disappointing men) across an overall saddening but highly fascinating paranoid landscape of blurred realities etcetc
Was relieved to realise that she did not actually die when I woke up, but then I remembered how boring this thing is and now the dream is oddly disappointing

Not as consistent as WWAFA, but they pull off many more styles that are quite daring departures from the sound of the last album and do it pretty well across the board. Impressive

Johnny you good?

Yeah man, breakfast is a saviour
also *relieved to realise that she did not actually die, holy shit m'bad

"the first half is a snoozefest"
Sleeping on 'I Didn't Change My Number', 'Billie Bossa Nova', 'Oxytocin', 'GOLDWING' & 'Lost Cause' is a mistake.
