The new singles are pretty cool.
The singer still has this vocal-tic where he gets this whiney, upward-lilting at the end of certain words/lines (like when he says “skiiin to skiiiinnn-ah”), especially on some of his more impassioned lines. On occasion, i probably wouldn’t mind, but he does it so often and it drives me nuts. I’ve been hoping he’d do it less, as i couldn’t stop noticing it on this album and it really killed it for me, but, oh, well. Glad some people are enjoying the new songs, though

I really like the new songs. It's like what Citizen tried to do (incorporating poppier influences), done right. That bass is just filthy. Funny enough pretty much 1to1 Everybody Is Going to Heaven era Citizen like. Will Yip doing Will Yip and I like it
