"Re-listened to CD and stand by the assertion that it's all in your heads that CD is their worst album when truthfully they've not truly grown as a band. Any of CD's tracks would swap into Nothing is True and you all wouldn't notice."

Absolutely untrue lmao

it seems like it's mindsweep > this > flash flood = spark > common dreads > ttts for me

love this record but nothing here compares to dear future scientists or myopia

Mindsweep = this > flash flood > spark >> ttts > cd

First two records are not much more than nostalgia for me, although I love the songs played live.

It's really a great album, not the best by Shikari but an enjoyable one! Standout tracks: T.I.N.A, Marionettes I & II, thē kĭñg, modern living..., satellites* * and { The Dreamer's Hotel }.

Not sure yet how I feel about this one overall. Enjoyed all the singles. Current favorites are satellites* * and the pressure's on.

We Can Breathe In Space is still their best song and it would fit nicely on that cd.

I'm always baffled why they didn't include Thumper. That song slaps so hard

I think they made those songs after the album was finished (Tribalism and Thumper I mean, Breathe in Space was between albums). All Eyes on the Saint is a straight banger tho

First time listening to a whole Shikari album and this was kinda cool. Dreamer's Hotel and TINA are dope. What project/album should I try next?

"satellites" gives me hard Moron Police vibes.

@Jeet if those two songs were your favourites, The Mindsweep and Rat Race EP would be a good follow up

jeet check the mindsweep, it's arguably their best/most coherent record. based on your fav songs from this you may dig flash flood more though, that's the more crazy all-over-the-place record

We Can't Breathe in Space is one of their oldest songs iirc

Some of the best stuff is non album material imo

the old demo version floating about somewhere for We cant breathe in space is brilliant.
