"I like triggered budgie as well."

Yeah but budgie gets really angry, so I try to keep him on my good side. I remember once I awakened his anger, holy fuck those were some unpleasant days.

How did I do that, you ask? Well, that's the problem, isn't it? You never know - just suddenly, out of nowhere, budgie rains fire on you.

Just revisiting this too. Really solid output. Nothing too outside the box, but they're close to nailing "that" sound while remaining a lot more entertaining for active listening than, say, a Deafheaven.

Cool that these guys are from the same province just 3 hours away. too As enormous as Canada is (I think we're #3 to China and Russia?), most of our 37 million people live in Ontario and Quebec because, well, they're just not that interesting or original.

11% of us live in Alberta with these guys. It's seriously empty here. Alberta also has an insane underground metal scene because it's a gr8 output to living in frigid dry cold 8 months of the year. I just wish more of them got big enough to appear on sites like Sputnik.

Jeeze I really should some day. Lots of death/stoner/folk from these parts I think Sputnik users would get a kick out of.

I feel like there a bit too many short/interlude tracks on this, but still a solid release all the same.

Is this blackgaze? - I'm trying to work out why I've avoided it thus far, my only explanation for actions I have since forgotten, is that I was waiting until properly embarking on my upcoming blackgaze journey, starting at an (so far) unspecified time next year.

I get the feeling I could be doing worse than checking this.

It's nice Demon, you might dig! There's some weird moments of ... catchiness (?) I guess I would call it, but it's nicely atmospheric too.
