And he is free to do so.

Ta papa.
Phero bro. By that I mean free thought is deemed dangerous and ‘toxic’ if it doesn’t go along with the set agenda. You’ll be deemed thick, racist, sexist, fascist, fundamentalist, a relic, unwilling to progress, a reactionary and then when that still doesn’t register those who have the power will alter language so you’ll be isolated, shut down and without a voice fighting against the constructed tide.
All the while the masses nod along blindly accepting what they’re told and deriding others as long as it doesn’t interrupt their box set, subscription, drug supply or perceived ‘freedom’
Deep, deep, deep down they know though.

Free speech is a necessary part of our lives. The fact that only one country has it is just terrifying. You can say whatever you want, you have the freedom to do so, but I have a freedom to -or obligation even - to debunk your claims, if they are idiotic, incorrect or hateful. I will not ban them and I will not silence you, even if it means hurting some people's feelings.
It is oh so convenient to brand anyone slightly to the right of you a fascist (or alternatively, someone to the left a socialist, though people don't seem to have as much stigma about that) and have them banned from espousing their mildly uncomfortable ideas, jokes, values and principles, even though they are probably even more distant from fascism than your active attempts at policing thought. Even if you think it's for the greater good. Even if your intentions are pure.
(Disclaimer: I am using a colloquial abstract 'you', I don't mean anyone specific.)
Anyway, this has steered a bit far, I understand if someone feels the need to police what either Zak or I have said by reporting us. None of this is in violation of the rules, though.

The US have it in their constitution, everybody else has a restriction one way or another, or no specific laws to defend it.

its in their constitution but its bypassed in the information age via "filtered" content on search engines, social media, mainstream media, etc
america is no different than anyone else in 2018, and unless the people stand up against this new age impingement and call for an enforcement of their constitution, free speech will remain dead
strangely, not only does a sizeable portion of the population seem to be apathetic to the new paradigm, many even support it with blind ignorance and lack of historical context
>signs of the empires demise

USA! USA! USA! Yeah freedom of speech baby! Unfortunately our culture has rapidly been trying to strip us of that right though. Not sure if it’ll stick around much longer.

I mean I don’t know much about U.K. politics/society but there’s still hella homophobes in the world so I think it’s pretty valid. Preaching to the choir sure but they are just expressing their opinions like anyone else.
