You'll probably love Suburbia then Sowing haha. It does have some top-tier tracks on it, don't get me wrong

I think I dig TGG more than this still bc, while the instrumentation is way more pop-punky, it helps the lyrics hit harder. I love Soupy’s rawness, and while there are cool moments instrumentally on this record I feel like a lot of the songs fail to really help punch the lyrics home through the instrumentation. This still rules, just not TGG to me.

Is it the neighborhood essentially right behind Plymouth Square Shopping Center and Ridge Park?

Yep. make a right at the gas station on Butler before you get to the Plymouth Square Shopping Center on Ridge and he lives back there to the left.

Haha we're 28, he didn't grow up there though, him and his wife bought a house there after graduating college, they've lived there for prob 4-5 years now.

@rc239 I noticed that as well. I was jamming it in my car yesterday and had to put the volume up much higher than usual

I've realised that the reason this doesn't connect as emotionally for me as their previous stuff is because my life is going way better and I'm not as sad as i used to be

Why does that annoy me...

Souderton native here, lived there until college. I'm in the DC burbs now but I've definitely got ties to the area. It's crazy to think that I might have seen Sowing or Spirit around town...

also JS19 I had the EXACT same thoughts when NCTH came out

I work in Norristown about 2 times a week and frequent the Plymouth Meeting Mall. The new Rock Shop record/CD store in there is dope. I was in there last weekend to buy the new Hop Along album and I talked with one of the workers there about TDAG and Daisy for about 20 minutes

I live right next to Mercy Suburban Hospital in the apartments across from Chick-Fil-A. I'm thinking we need a Sput night meet-up sometime in the future.

One of my friends who lives in Pennsylvania actually goes to the high school that the band members went to. Apparently the band teacher still talks about them on occasion. Shame my friend doesn't really like TWY.
