Should we be talking about Rorschach, Deadguy, Integrity and Starkweather now?

I find them all quite good although Integrity is a bit lost on me. Maybe just haven't listened to enough of their stuff.

For those wanting more of the band's insight on the whole "concept" behind Polar Similar, here is their compilation of slo-mo fire shots accompanying the record's runtime. TL;DW: a feather-fueled vendetta against mice leads to an unorthodox dinner and a knock on the door from the RSPCA.

jester, I'd say Integrity's first full length album is probably the only essential thing in their discography. Everything else is good but optional. Weirdly enough Starkweather didn't sound that good to me when I checked them out, but I think I only listened to Into the Wire.

Starkweather is a pretty weird example of first gen metalcore but I really like them, they combined their influences in a way few other bands have done. And of course there's Rorschach, Protestant is an album way ahead of it's time.

Might check some Integrity tonight

Yeah, I agree. Rorschach were amazing. You can really hear how Protestant influenced Converge.

i think ETID's ex-lives showed signs of being THE heavyweights but they haven't capitalized on that on the latest two releases, despite how goddamn good they are.
