"Album is one of the best things Blink has ever done"
S/t > TOYPAJ > EOTS > Neighborhoods > California > Dude Ranch (haven't heard this one in a long ass time so I'm not so sure) > Chesire Cat

It's a divisive one for sure. I think is shows going back to the heyday Mark was the fun one but Tom was the creative one. I personally feel Neighborhoods while disjointed showed greater growth and experimentation.

I mean that's def the riff behind the band. Tom has grown past the dick joke shtick and wanted to be taken more seriously as an artist, whether or not he's achieved that or not. Mark would rather keep creating the music that got them to where they are, immature pop punk rock tunes.

I've been a huge blink fan for years but this just makes me want them to quit

I think we can all agree The Dream Walker was a solid album, with a few weak points. I feel like Tom is drawing much more inspiration in his music these days than when he first started AvA. But I guess I can blame that on the pain killers and his episode with cancer. He's a fighter. I respect the guy for actually doing what he loves, instead of sucking the marrow out of a band that should have been disbanded after Neighborhoods.

They're inspired again, and have a much better vocalist, I don't see why it's so hard to understand that someone could view this as their best album.
Guess nostalgia's a powerful thing.
