This toes a very fine line between queef and good thrash. I mean compare the thrash ballad on here to Prisoners of Fate from Heathen, it's not even a contest. I wouldn't be surprised if Vektor released something like Kindly Bent to Free Us after this. Black Future is without a doubt their peak.

Yeah pteropticon is full on and then some. But I like that they make you wait for it and whole album isn't like that, which I'm guessing is more what Black Future sounds like.

I appreciate how the album starts and ends with the longer songs while the (comparatively) shorter ones are in the middle. It flows really well.
