Feel free to check Hallatar - No Stars Upon the Bridge which features Tomi on vocals and is about to be released on Friday.

Indeed. His vocal approach is very interesting and so powerful.

@manosg agreed! I think my favorite thing he's ever done outside of Amorphis was his vocals on October Falls' Boiling Heart of the North. Always gives me chills, I love them.

Tree of Ages though.

Seeing these guys back in April was awesome, they're one of those bands you want to see again and again, even if it's the same setlist.

Tree of Ages is my favorite track on this one. It's so infectiously whimsical but the whole album is fantastic. I'd love to see this guys live with Tomi! Last time I saw them was when they were touring for Tuonela

Great era. Tuonela was the album that got me into these guys, love it to this day.

Highly recommend seeing them whenever you guys get the chance. Most of my favorite bands tend to avoid Florida, or they come under less than ideal circumstances; Dream Theater came for the Astonishing tour but not the Images and Words tour; Alcest came the year before releasing Kodama but not for the Kodama tour; Dark Tranquillity had three shows lined up but only got to do one due to Irma, etc.

I wish there was an easier way to access some of their b-sides

They are already working on a follow-up, so excited. This record is still one of my favourites

It won't be easy to do a follow-up to this.

So this is news to me: Amorphis did a cover of Everytime I Die (by CoB) and CoB did a cover of Black Winter Day...
