The drummers facial expressions in the Right Wing video are just the best thing ever.

Guitar tone is killerrrrrrrrr m/

Dani seems reinvigorated here, compared to the few songs I've heard off the past couple of albums anyway...

he made a great choice by only using his higher register sparingly. he has an excellent mid-low range scream

Agreed.

That high shriek is awesome when he places it well tho.

Agreed hard Pleb. The new line up has him inspired again I think. I love Paul, but like a lot of people including me have said, it was time for him to go.

Also agreed with Brandon about his screaming, he's always been great at the mid-lower pitches vox even when his banshee shrieks were at their best. Wish he could still pull it off like he used to, but 20 plus years of that kind of screaming obviously has taken effect.

Yeah man it happens to the best!

There are a couple of moments here where he doesn't quite hit the right tone, especially with the higher screams.

" 20 plus years of that kind of screaming obviously has taken effect"

Some of the live videos I've seen of him in the last few years can attest to that...

Then in others he's fine, if anything it's made him wildly inconsistent.

Yeah, I know he'll never vocally try to do another album like Dusk, with that many high's, an I've accepted that he's just past that point in his career.

Oh, nah I meant that he sounds good on record, pretty great performance here regardless of the sparse highs, although they did help to make Dusk an awesome album

It's good he can still sound competent enough after so many years of shrieking.

I always liked Dani's vocals, somehow i find him exceptional and iconic for the genre. He's a special snowflake bitches.

His vox suffered a bit on the 3 albums prior to this a little, but he's never been bad. His growls and mid ranged vocals have always been great.
