well ig you could make that case for the entire band, Idk I really don't feel like his work as a guitarist has really gone underappreciated, he's like one of the heroes of the sophiesfloorboard generation

Yah no offense at all meant really it’s just idk. Gotta be a few weird voices out there you /don’t/ like and this is one that feels like it renders every line labored but in a way that bothers me. Too much pyrotechnics no sense of counterpoint. Sometimes just right but not for me all told

great indie rock album overall, of course, but 'Waitress' is one of _the best_ indie rock songs of the past however many years or so.
