Their later period is all right, but this is the PT era I prefer the most. The styles they integrate here fit together so well.

That's cool Soccer and yeah, Signify is good. I guess I don't know what draws me to this particular side of the band. I think it's just that this is the sound I associate with "Porcupine Tree".

^Haha Emyay. I agree on Sunday.., but the re-recorded version of Up the Downstair (with real drums) isn't so bad, is it?

That makes sense Soccer. The later period definitely comes closer to aligning with that style.

UTD is pretty damn good for PT's standards.

Yeah. This isn't a personal favorite band of mine, but if I ranked the albums, I'd put UTD in my top 3.

This and UTD are great and certainly better than The Incident or Sunday of Life, Signify is their crowning achievement for me though.

I agree that UTD would be in my top 3. Top three would probably go this, Stupid Dream, then UTD

Nice ranking Soccer. Admittedly mine would look quite different, but it's still cool to see that much love for LS. That one is frequently overlooked it seems. What draws you to that one?

Not a strong point on that album by any means, but definitely not the worst
