Gocsa, even if it were, I'm almost completely certain you're impossibly underqualified to make that call.

well yea basically
like I was just complaining the other day about how, like, I was asking a bunch of other people if new Volcano Choir and Washed Out were worth checking out. They have staff reviews at 4 and 4.4 or something and a few years ago that would have been a right go-ahead if those scores came from just about any staffer but when those scores come from like Irving or Greg or Omaha I'm still like uhhhhhhh I still have no idea if this is any good at all

"BUT MUSIC IZ SUBJECTIVE!!1!"
okay cool glad you enjoyed it but giving any old album a very high score really makes your reviews and ratings worth a lot less to me
I used to be able to go hmmmm I wonder what lewis or redsky or any staff really or even regular users - prophet, yotimi, enotron, bungy, etc. etc. etc. have given high ratings lately and been able to find tons of good shit and now it's like...
oh, cool, havey gave that album a 4, might be worth checking out? I dunno

I just love old people music nowadays. i remember about a year and a half ago I couldn't stand the production of 70s and 80s music, but now I don't mind it at all. idk

that said, I've rated more albums from 2013 than I have from the entire 60s AND 70s decades probably. and more albums from 2010 to 2013 than every other year combined so :x

I mean for new music, like I could barely find 25 albums that I really like this year, I probably have a few albums rated 4.5 or 4 that I don't actually mean for hype reasons but whatever
