Yeah the deluxe version comes with 3 remixes and a DVD about the making of the album in terms of bass, guitar, drums, vocals, overall. It's not bad but not really worth 5 extra bucks. Only one of the remixes is enjoyable

after listening to this a few more times today I've come to a few conclusions:



This is better than I initially thought. It's definitely a grower. And spencer is built by machines and he doesn't know where his face is

Spencer has a much manlier voice than his face would lead you to believe.

Listen to this and DTGL dude. In the opposite order as I said. Then if you care to, listen to LITSOS.

Love this album. LOVE THIS ALBUM.

It's nice to see them take a break from the whole 'scream some dark stuff, sing some light stuff' formula that they have had going on for a while.

they really pulled through in spite of losing gillespie.

Spencer is incredible on this. 4 on my first few listens, but might well go up by the end of the year. Top ten of the year, but not sure if it's the best.

From Who Will Guard The Guardians on to the end of the album is probably my favorite part. I love the way Guardians and Vacant Mouth are connected with the interlude. It all fits well I think.
