yea id say this is better, the whole Common cameo prelude and interludes were just unbearably cheesy to me.
|
| |
They would have sucked if it wasn't Common
|
| |
Listened to this again tonight, still don't really like it :/

this isn't really a rap album, there's probably more singing on it
great listening experience though. hypnotic and serene.

| |
There's really good moments on this, but I'm bored through most of it
Emile is a boss and pretty much keeps it from sucking

there is not one bad beat on this album, and the production is excellent.

mary j. blige rules on this too. I like how she's included on the songs about cocaine for obvious reasons.
|
| |
This had alot of good stuff and bad stuff. Nothing really impressive
|
| |
This would be a 4.5 if Cudi didn't bore the shit out of me on this
|
| |
I must agree with you good sir.
Why were you listening to Morbid Angel earlier?
|
| |
I was going through my itunes, I always pick random shit to listen to.
Altars of Madness is classic
|
| |
Oh alright then. Noob. You should be bonding with MPP : )
|
| |
I did today
Still not enough
|

Sweet at least you still haven't hopelessly given up.

This is better than his first, simply because the lyrics in the first album were so simplistic, sometimes even cringe-worthy, same with the beats, some were really great, but some were too simple and bland imo, while this is far more consistent and profound.
|
| |
I'd have to say the lyrics are still pretty damn cringe worthy

Their disoriented and disjointed nature fits well within the context of the music.
