and what ever. My 4.5 stands, I enjoy Chiodos a whole bitch load. And their new release is a surprisingly coherent effort with a very talented vocal delivery. So I tend to rate things I really like high.

There's always talk of bands that are okay but that need some tweaking to really harness their potential, and its good to see that a somewhat experimental band like Chiodos succeeded at that. Their brand of post hardcore has always interested me and Illuminadio shows nothing but promise and potential. I knew they could do this...

the transition of Illuminaudio to caves is probably top 5 favorite transitions ever in any band I've ever listened too. The snare pattern is so fucking fun, and the la da da da's..ugh amazing
