Chris Barretto's version of the walk is the best thing this band will ever do.
Which I guess is saying something because with Barretto this album would be in 5 territory for me.
Sotelo doesn't bring it down THAT much.

The production is flawless, the guitars are superb and the songwriting is excellent (albeit a little pretentious). Nevertheless, this is the metal album of the year for me (and I love Diamond Eyes and Option Paralysis).
Spencer's screams are a little thin, but his cleans are great and really complement the choruses. Also, Matt Halpern is a really underrated drummer and has some insane fills in various songs.
All in all, it's a little lengthy but it's fucking awesome.

I never really understood all the hate Spencer revived. He isn't the best, by any means, but I mean, he isn't anywhere near as bad as some vocalist from recent years.
I rather enjoyed his vocals on "Letter Experiment".
