I think i might get this just to see how it compares to Colors. I think Colors blows so i want to see if this does too.

Chances are if you think colors blows then you will think this blows, unless you like the heavy sections in colors than you will like this.

Backwards Marathon is slightly better.

IT'S RAINING - IT'S RAINING - IT'S RAAA^AA^AA^A^A^A^A^^^!!!

Also I find Roboturner to be quite good actually, as well as Autodidact; some heavy sh*t. All Bodies is an awesome opener but I really like how they end the album with Laser Speed :D

this is so much better than colors. i still don't fully like his harsh vocals yet. they just get between the music and me.

The last 2 and a half minutes or Selkies are so epic, and never fails to cheer me up, there's just something about it that makes me feel happier.

Yeah, Colors is a little bit better but both albums are really quite amazing. I love the funky little jazz influences.

the sweet relief is a must...

beautiful, they can put that in between phrases of metal that are so incredibly heavy... seamlessly

I fucking adore Colors. Gonna start listening to this again and see if I can't find why everyone else likes it so much. Just couldn't get into it before. Like a big ol' road block.

Well, yeah. I can't deny that they know their stuff. They can play the instruments well and Tommy makes love to everyone's ears, but it's just the accessibility of the album that gets me. It's like a brick wall between me and jackpot. But I'm trying. Slowly chipping away at the wall with a little plastic hammer.

EDIT: OH MY GOD! I've realized how amazing this is. Took a field trip today. I had this basically on repeat the whole time. God, it's so fucking good. This Message Edited On 10.21.08
