Resurrection is dope instrumentally but the lyrics are the worst the band ever did.

The worst offender for me is The Flame. Between that intro sample (god forbid I'm connected to speakers and anyone is nearby when that plays) and the lyrics, it definitely sours what is instrumentally one of Chimaira's best tracks

Solid for sure. The first time I heard this album was probably like 2005 working at my first job at Pizza Hut. A coworker has great music taste and put this album on one day. “Everything you Love” and “Salvation” were the two that really caught my attention immediately. Still love this album many years later.
