Yeah the debut is great, just a little unrefined. Yet or Behold are the usual favorites

My Epic rules. Life in Your Way and Hands are super underrated christcore bands too

Everything In Slow Motion too, especially since he's the vocalist for Hands and has collaborated with My Epic a couple times

I was 19 when I first heard this album, started struggling with my faith pretty seriously for the first time growing up in a pretty insulated Christian community. A few years later my faith would erode entirely but this album sowed a lot of those seeds. It's funny to me that Cody still considers himself a Christian (I think) when I consider the album he wrote be an incredibly powerful statement about the total and complete absence of a loving caring god.

I feel EXACTLY the same way! Obviously this album didn’t de-program me all by itself, but the doubts so eloquently expressed here mirrored my own and this became very, very important to my struggle with faith. I really would like to pick Cody’s brain if he has these ideas and also an intact testimony of Jesus Christ. That’s a complex person
