Sometimes with these awards shows, I'm just happy if someone I think should win is just nominated. I mean, look at the Grammys; Couldn't even get that!

I saw the Grammy nominations list. Fucking terrible.
Same here with the nomination thing, just being nominated can get a band a lot more credit and coverage that they otherwise might have taken years to build up, so its all good.

It was actually a pretty strong group of diverse music that was nominated in various categories Rosco. Everyone from Ladyhawke to AC/DC, and from Paul Dempsey to The Hilltop Hoods.

And was Empire of the Sun deserving?
