which is quite a feat for them honestly. their music isnt always easy to just play through all at once. but this album just has a charm i dont quite see on the other albums.

Agreed w/ Insurrection, except maybe Parallax I (for reasons besides the length).

Spun this for the first time in ages today. It is a great album but I much prefer the band when they were at the most chaotic (first two albums).

I can't say it's my favorite of theirs, but "Disease, Injury, Madness" might be my favorite of their songs.

Dude Fossil Genera is so fucking cool though. I just love how everything transitions into one another. This whole album is so much fun

I actually don't enjoy the transitions as much for some reason, I love Swim to the Moon and a couple other tracks but Colors and Parallax 2 feel more complete to me for some reason

They're both long ass songs but Swim To The Moon and Silent Flight Parliament are equal to me. Goddam those are fucking killer tracks.

Extremophile Elite has probably the coolest opening but the combination of The Black Box and Telos is to fucking die for

Dude I still remember first hearing Telos before the album came out and thinking to myself "this is probably going to be my favorite BTBAM album, other than Colors but that's mostly for nostalgic reasons."

And now my opinions on Parallax 2 are "this is definitely my favorite BTBAM album, other than Colors but that's mostly just for nostalgic reasons."

I love every song on that album. Saw them play that all the way through, it was so much more satisfying than watching them play Coma all the way through (even though that was cool too just because of how tight they are live).

They're awesome live. Haven't seen them since they were touring for The Great Misdirect (got one of my favorite band t's from them).

Telos was incredible because the first time I heard it live, it was a YouTube video of each guitarist and bassist playing the whole song and jesus christ they are so damn talented. I show that off all the time.
