Ghost Reveries is indeed a good album, it has nothing on this album though, there's some tacky songs on that album. My Arms, Your Hearse is excellent in some ways and yet has some boring songs on it that drag it down. I'm unfamiliar with Still Life. As far as their recent albums, Watershed is fairly boring, and Heritage is somewhat of a headscratcher, and also a bit boring.

Heritage probably should've come after GR. And by now we would've had the refined new successor to Heritage.

Heir Apparent was one of the first Opeth songs I heard. Still love the song to death. The Lotus Eater too is one of my favorite songs ever.

I thought Burden should've been cut down by like 2 minutes or so, still a great song though.
