Yea im talking about casinos purely in the context of the state in which I reside mostly in response to vult. Nevada is a great place, underrated even but is sadly in disarray and mismanaged due to putting the interests of casinos before the interests of the public and education. No doubt though that online gambling is the present and future burden. It’s all so gross to me. Again though I’m happy to see the demise of casinos. They give me the creeps.

stopped by a casino just outside of pittsburgh about a year ago. the median age in that place had to have been 75 (on a fucking saturday night even!). the majority of the people looked literally brainwashed by the machines it was some of the creepiest shit i've ever seen in a public place

if love can maintain/build on what he was doing last year i see no reason why the packers won't be dark horse super bowl contenders.
hell they came within striking distance of the nfccg while fielding one of the youngest rosters in league history last season
i do think the bears are also gonna be really really good this year though, on top of the lions essentially running back last year's team. i think all three are gonna make the playoffs. certainly feels like the league's strongest division right now.

The Lions got so so much better in the off-season/draft tho, our defense has, on paper, been transformed in a pretty big way. I'm not sold on the Bears in the slightest, I 100% don't trust a super untrustworthy diva rookie QB to automatically turn around an at the moment bottom of the NFL team. I'm so baffled by the hype the Bears get like every year, they're the Colts of the NFC: annual 'dark horse' that does literally nothing.
All that being said, I am really fucking nervous about the Packers lol
