"Does it lead to better drugs than C#?"
If you're seeking an overall different experience, then yes, absolutely. I would even say it's a better experience, but that's my own opinion. I don't want to get into the physics of it, but long story short, lower frequencies alter the way we perceive our surroundings. I remember i was experimenting with ultra low tunings (a# or B standard) on my guitar next to a 50 watts amp, in a soundproof room, when I was going to a music school. The sensation i received was something out of this world. Even with a set of ear plugs, i was feeling dazed every time I struck a chord. I was getting smashed by a wall of sound and the vibrating air gave me an experience that cannot be described. So the lower you're tuning, the better. The wall of sound becomes more dense, heavier, in a sense, and you feel you're getting pushed away from the source (the amp).
I cannot even begin to comprehend what it would be like if you're on drugs too. It is awesome already when you're in a sober state of mind.

So yeah, i believe it might lead to some sort of "better drugs", although i am not a qualified person to answer which kind is the right kind...

trust me, just lower the tuning, slow down the bpm, add sound effects, and you have a recipe for disaster
just check that sweat leaf cover:

oh, you need to be a good guitarist as well, otherwise whatever you play will sound like shit

Has lost its charm over the years imo, but remains a great song. It's pretty much introduction level for this LP; it's usually the first song you notice when you hear this record for the very first time, but after getting acquainted, you discover there are better things going on.

It's pretty much your standard sabbath riffage, and the percussion work doesn't stand out. I dunno, I just feel the rest of this catalog is much more rewarding if you give it some time. Mind you I'm not saying Children is not a classic, because it is. I just find the other songs more interesting. Plus, Children is overplayed af.
