One of the badass things about Dillinger was their artistic trajectory matched their music in a sense, but playing it safe feels kind of like the antithesis of what Dillinger's all about

That's MM ;) The middle section is very disappointing for Dillinger standards but the first 3 songs and Magic onwards is fucking incredible.
