I WILL LIVE FOREVER

UNLESS I DREAM UP SOMETHING BETTER

Still one of my favorite lines in the whole ETID discog, honestly.

forgot this band exists
It'll absurd to think that a band would put out their 'best' record after more than 20 years together but I guess this is it eh? I've pretty much only listened to New Junk so I've got a lot to cover I guess

I have a feeling they'll be back one day. Jordan and Keith will mend their differences eventually.

Too many mid bands to spend that much money on a weekend long festival

Also on festivals their sets would be short and limited

I typically hate festivals too. I just can't help but notice how many bands act like they will never play again only to reunite for a festival.

I will say i got to see them at Furnace Fest and they were arguably the best band that day, even better than Converge & Cave In. I really did not expect them to break up just a few months later.

Converge is my favorite band of all time but ETID always put on the best shows. Really some of the most fun I’ve ever had.

I used to feel this way too but man they are really, *really* not on bored with Kieth these days. I think it's over. And even if it did ever happen, I feel like the magic would be gone.

And yeah, nobody touched ETID live. Not converge, not DEP, fuckin' nobody.

They’ll do a cash grab reunion in a few years after their current bands flounder

maybe there will be a reunion but i don't see better lovers floundering. they're already playing a bunch of shows and seem to (mostly) have the fanbases of both bands behind them. they've released five songs and already have as many spotify listeners as the callous daoboys and 13 under 30 or whatever has 1.6mil plays

people seem to be pretty down on many eyes overall but they hilariously have even more listeners... which i assume is because their songs are getting caught in those generic spotify playlists but still
