anywho, this album is so good but it took me years to get around to fully digesting it. i still think disc 2 is really good and disc 1 isn't a whole lot better, but that's just me (literally, like i think i'm the only one who thinks that)

kid a was more alien and cold, this is more comforting and warm

this is more of a winter album because there's less reverb in the atmosphere so it's as soft & quiet as the falling snow tbh
