Are you saying you don't want another 75 minute opus? Currently we have one song done in 6 months, so if we go by that time frame we'll be done writing in about 4 years, with 2 years of recording, and 1 more year of mixing mastering! I'm kidding of course, we're not going to take another 5years though haha.

Nah, I will happily accept any Vektor of any length; I'm just a bit intrigued as to what a Vektor album in the vein of, say, Reign in Blood would sound like. Less an enormous, complex magnum opus and more an excercise in aggression and brutality.

Anyway, the next album is all up in the air. Not quite sure on its direction yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if we did take a more direct route this time. We haven't decided anything, but I'll try to update in the coming months once we have a proper discussion about it.

My only criticism of this album is that it elicits very little emotion from me and can occasionally dip into mindless technicality. Don't get me wrong, it's still damn near flawless and runaway AOTY, but some of the endless shredding could've been trimmed down.
