pretty much every Opeth album has taken time to grow on me. Even Eternal Rains wasn't anything special when I first heard it, but now I'm all over it. To people who didn't like Heritage, I think it'll be a grower

It took like 2-3 weeks for it to click, and PC isn't exactly amazing for me so far, but hopefully it'll follow the same path

The vocals were like my least favourite thing about PC. Some of the vocal parts in Moon Above made me cringe. Same with River too although everything about the first half of that song is pretty cringeworthy.

they toned back the gain on this n pale cos metal is dead but i feel you especially on cusp the chuggy verse doesnt rly work when your guitar sounds like faint farts
