Yes! The End had loud/soft dynamics and predicted a lot of what post-rock would be. The Pixies got it from Cowpunk though. Angst and The Gun Club.

I don't mind if you change it, but that cover just gives me serious nostalgic vibes. While most creamed themselves over Tera Melos, I was so disappointed that BTEOT split up before releasing more material.
