not sure why you are quoting me from the PNWI out of context but ok
obviously that sounds like a weird statement in a vacuum, but we were specifically talking about
whether or not white supremacy exists and to what extent. Saying some black folk are being held back
by their attitude shouldn't be seen as offensive, this applies to all races and I only mentioned it
because black mentality was the specific topic of the thread.
what is your deal?

Lambs i feel like KRS has made the same album with the same consistent message executed with his signature dancehall/ reggae toasting reminiscent rapping for like ever. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Couldn't disagree more. He's matured and evolved his message, style, and talent as much as any rapper
i've ever heard...
how much KRS have you listened to?

heavily disagree on the "same consistent message" thing, it's the same style, but it's def not monotonous

I honestly just don't get how you can think that if you have heard enough KRS.
Krs has produced more substantial messages in hiphop than anyone. Just because he focuses on lyrics
more than flow and beats and doesn't have just one message like Kendrick and then he focuses on
delivery and beats while he repeats "I'm from Compton it made me who I am but I'm not a bad kid" on virtually very track he's ever made, doesn't mean he is "making the same album".
Obviously no drake fan is gonna dig krs one. They are complete opposites. No offence but my guess is
you weren't even born while krs was rockin mics and you simply cant relate.

I am now convinced that lambs is actually KRS-one

Chill out Lambs, he ain't dissin' KRS, he's just stating his opinions.

Seriously I think HMHA is wrong just as much as you do but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go at him like that

Try going to any Internet forum where he userbase isn't all metal fans and you'll see plenty of people who dig krs more than myself. I'm not even obsessed this site just has no idea what they are talking about cuz all anyone on this site listens to is beats and flows when krs is predominantly a lyricist.

"My guess is you weren't even born while krs was
rockin mics, you can't relate and you think that makes a hip hop legend comparable to some new jack pop star like Kendrick."
thought that was tupac

Go at him like what? I'm just staing m opinion that I don't think he's a) hasnt heard enough krs to judge b) born in a time he can't relate and c) has too much of a modern taste in hip hop to enjoy krs d) related to c, he isn't paying attention to the music the right way and appreciating it for what it is.

That comment came off as rather hostile

Didn't mean for it to but who cares anyway? He's been runnin his mouth about krs and how I'm a fanboy
numerous times. I don't owe him anything or need to sugar coat my posts cuz now he decides to talk to
me with some respect evey once in a while (remember it's him who made the needlessly snarky "krs
makes the same cd and you blindly 4 it" comment ITT)
edit: meh my comment was too hostile you are right, he didn't deserve that
