I was once on a flight where a woman had an allergic reaction of some type and there happened to be a doctor on board who saved her life in the words of the cabin crew. After atleast 2 or 3 hours of him attending to her and she was stable they rewarded him with several small bottles of wine which he knocked back just before landing. Fast foward 30 minutes as we're on the highway just out of the airport we see him pulled over by a booze bus with his head in his hands. Moral of the story - dont help other people.
