Despite the fact My Chemical Romance have improved dramatically in nearly every technical area on this album, they still haven’t made major strides in the path to make a truly memorable song.
I agree with this on some of these songs. But some of these songs are anything but "not memorable;" unforgettable even. "Teenagers," "The Black Parade," "Dead!," "Mama" and "Famous Last Words" are songs that are pretty much never going to leave me.
Oh well, good review anyway. Album's awesome.

This months Metal Hammer had this to say on MCR's The Black Parade:
"The Daily Mail hates it, so it can't be all that bad. But it is mainly bad. An amateurish mess involving lots of death, eyeliner and Liza Minnelli. Cack Parade, more like."

I'm not a fan of MCR,but I was told to look beyond the genre,so I did.I forced myself to watch the video to Welcome to the Black Parade and I did see something I had never seen in MCR before...their lead guitarist is ugly as hell,the dude with the afro,Ray Toro.
