So I've listened to other Mastodon albums a fair bit. Thought I knew their 'thing.' Their shtick.
But Blood Mountain will take longer for me to digest, for sure. I've gotten more "whoa, weird" and "hmm" feelings from this one than others.
So, givin' it a few more spins.
