I've come to the conclusion that this album was made for redditors

I've yet to give this the second listen I wanted to do before rating, which is just sad considering how much the band means to me

After a month or so, here's where we stand folks.

GREAT SONGS: Out of Luck, Cycle, Thorn, No Oasis, Pneumonia

DECENT SONGS: Damn Excuses, Hallelujah, Take A Breath

DECENT SONGS THAT WOULD BE BETTER WITHOUT SHIT LYRICS: We're All Gonna Die, Numb

overall still quite happy with this album. there are no songs that I would consider truly bad, whereas Erase Me had like 3 songs I straight up cannot stomach

i more or less back that. would title the tiers "great songs", "good songs", and "songs with some good musical ideas but a lot of bad ones" and bump no oasis and hallelujah down a tier each, but about right aside from that. i do really like damn excuses, no oasis, and take a breath theyre j not as good as the other clear winners

It's an okay album, nothing more and nothing less. Has its moments but doesn't hold a candle to their old stuff so why bother ya know?

a couple tracks here totally hold a candle to the old stuff, so I would definitely bother with those tracks.

Out of Luck is awesome yeah. As is Cycle and Thorn minus the shitty production. We're All Gonna Die and Numb would be great too without the cringe lyrics

that deep pitched vocal effect is the worst moment on the album, would be a great track without that
