^I can see why that would give you guitar face... very "guitar face"-like song. lol
Anyway, I didn't mean it was BAD or anything, and yeah it is quite obvious Tremonti LOVES his instrument, I just find his expressions funny, not exactly awe-inspiring!

(in sagely tone of voice) Guitar face usually does.
I'm glad they're busting out the covers and stuff, and playing with such cool people. Like Troy Stetina and Michael Angelo got up to jam with them at a show and played a four-guitar jam(Michael Angelo is famously ambidextrous and plays two guitars at once, really really fast.). I couldn't imagine a thing like this ever happening with Creed. It's so cool!!!!

Yeah, I'd heard about the four guitar attack. I SOO wish I could see them live...
Mine cost me £450. I've got no idea what that is in dollars - I'd guess something like $600, but guitars are usually cheaper in America anyway.
Like I said, the Soapbar SE is pretty much the same guitar with P90s instead of humbuckers, and it's cheaper. I suppose that's a matter of personal preference whether you want humbuckers, or P90s, but they both play better than anything else in their price range.
Yeh, well I'm in Australia, and I've checked out the prices for em. It's about 5 thousand dollars for an SE and the rest are between 2 and a half and 5 thousand. I don't even think I make 5 thousand dollars a year on my guitar tutor's income. And then I gotta pay my uni fees, and....... well, it's too rich for my blood
But, one day.... there's a Tremonti SE there for me :D
lol
I love his facial experssions, they are very unique and show that he really loves playing his guitar.
Yeh, so do I. It shows that he is really dedicated to his instrument.
I stick my tongue out my mouth and look intense when I play - it is a sign that a person's really into it. I get ppl come up to me and ask me why I look so intense when I play - they say I need to smile more, but I explain to them that I am so passionate about the guitar (which requires intensity and discipline - and it shows in my face).
cheers! :chug:

Eh are you sure of that, 5 thousand dollars for an SE.
I think you might be looking at the Tremonti Model there.
I got my Tremonti SE for £389 with PRS gig bag. I got D'Addario 10"s on mine, just like the main man himself although he's known to use anything from 9" to 12".
13 DAYS REMAIN!!!!!

you know what? I just checked them out again - and they've gotten alot cheaper. Last time I checked was a few months ago. But, now they have less than halved.

I know exactly what you're talking about, zed. I'm always making a face with the sound of my notes, especially if my wah is on.
I look funny.

Album Rating: 3.5
I play bass and i don't make a face....Maybe when i get better.
|
| |
yeh, I dunno if the face has got nething to do with how good ya are - some people just look funny when they play, and others look really relaxed.
Page was a "relaxed" type of guitarist. Tremonti is a more "intense" guitarist... some of those faces he pulls are pretty funny. But, he can't help it!
|

hey guys......check out their video.....Stand here with me live at Olympics and when the camera is on him soloing......i burst into splits.....its so funny......but during the music videos and certain live stuff......he looks completely awsome!!

About Mark's funny faces, i got alot of videos of Creed live and Mark does some strange faces, but i think it just shows how much this guy loves his music and he feels it.
And if anyones got the video of AB live at the Voodoo Experience you can see him doing some wicked faces.
Are we allowed to post pics on here????? i'll post some pics of the tour their doing just now if we are allowed?

Post links, not the actual pics. Pictures clutter up the forum and distract from whatever verbal points that are being made.

Why don't you just have an AIM chat convo about your beloved alter bridge instead of posting endless garbage on this forum?
For the record, they aren't that fantastic. Get over yourselves.
