Reasonably excited for her new album, both singles are pretty great and easily better than anything off this album here. Sure they still lean into more or less naive themes but I can't help but enjoy them thoroughly from a musical/production standpoint

i quite like a lot of her music but its hilarious how sprinkling a little riot grrl aesthetic here and a little garage rock there can go a long way towards making someone who essentially makes teen pop so beloved amongst the nerdiest corners of music discourse
i guess its cool an artist of her stature is willing to go there... but it translates to her worst music
