Kinda just feels like a slightly less good version of the last album, though I still thoroughly enjoyed my initial listen. Will definitely be going back to it so I’m sure it’ll continue to grow on me.

I stand by my point - a lotnof thought went into The Sin to make the songs the best thing they could be. You know, they went through the songs and discussed "does that part really do anything for the song?" And What the Dead Men Say is much more like what The Sin could have been, if they didn't do that. To me The Sin is better, both albums are basically siblings, true, but they tried slightly different things
