new one is really good but also highlights just how exceptional this release is. given the 6 years or so of space between the release of this and now, there's been some really great atmospheric black metal albums, but this one is easily in the top 5. ferocious, textured, emotional and captivating, this should really be up there in some of the finer black metal works of the 2010s

All of their stuff rules, but their sound varies from symphonic bm with core influences in their early days to their now atmospheric bm sound.

New album is good but doesn't really touch this. Maybe 3rd best for me after Walk and Becoming. Its hard to rank their albums cuz they all have their own style though.
