For a second I thought this was a Brand New thread and was excited to see sowing back in it.
Varuna is definitely the most Brand Newish, but honestly all of their work sails similair territory to tdag/daisy territory BN

Ore and Colored Out are both great but end so abruptly. I personally would proffered another chorus for both but hey, I get not wanting to overplay something.

some very poor lyrics on this thing (especially from the guys who wrote Grandfather) and I would've cut about three tracks but it really does have it's moments
Dialogues is str8 killer

Row have you heard the bonus cuts? I really think you'd dig them

yep, the first and third one are easily two of the better cuts on here, don't care for Born Blind at all. those two should have replaced Northern Orthodox and Mitami

Eh I like Mitama, my ideal tracklist would have them replace Sundials and Northern Orthodox; although I happen to really like those songs as well. Otherwise I agree, first and third bonus cuts are where it's at.

Born Blind is great too, y'all crazy
I'm kinda bummed Mitama segues into the tracks it's placed between. It's easily the weakest link here for me but I can't really remove it lest I fuck with the flow.

the first lines of Northern Orthodox are very Laceylike

yeah Northern Orthodox is super Brand New-y. Not a highlight for me but it's alright.
Birdless Cage and Colored Out grew on me big time since first listen. Everything else I more or less appreciate the same as I did at first.
